We do our very best to ship same day or next day (unless away on vacation). We are a VERY small business.

If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with your local post office. You will be provided with tracking info from us upon placing your order and providing your email. You will be able to track your package every step of the way and have full access to your tracking number and delivery information.
