Shipping policy

We do our very best to ship same day or next day (unless away on vacation). We are a VERY small business. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT TIME OF CHECKOUT!  Once we ship a package, we can not change the delivery address. You will be charged $8.00 to reship your package once it is returned to us.

      ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT***     Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the control of the shipping company (we currently use the UNITED  STATES  POSTAL SERVICE). If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with your local post office. You will be provided with tracking info from us upon placing your order and providing your email. You will be able to track your package every step of the way and have full access to your tracking number and delivery information.
